Well... I'd say Google Earth, but just checked the "Known-Good" coordinates for my house from my GPS against it.

As for the color codes.
IF there is one, and IF it's resistors, they are:
0=Black
1=Blown
2=Red
3=Orange
4=Yellow
5=Green
6=Blue
7=Violet
8=Gray
9=White
...
